Doug Smith.  During the week, Doug works as a faculty member at Coastal Carolina University in the Spadoni College of Education.  He is married to Gretchen, and they have two wonderful children, Hannah and Phillip.  It is his hope that through the music ministry of Bridgeway, hearts will be touched by the love of God and lives will be changed through the transforming power that can be found only in a personal relationship with Jesus.

 Elwin Miles.  Elwin has been singing "for as long as I can remember".  The son of a minister and a piano-playing Mother, his first experiences with group singing were with his younger brother and sister.  They were simply called "The Children".  His mother taught him to sing harmony with his ears and his heart before he knew anything about notes.  Although he has enjoyed a lifetime of singing, he feels the greatest blessing is knowing that the music is delivering a powerful message that Jesus loves us and is calling us to follow Him.  Elwin is employed with D.G. Golf Management.  He is married to Brenda and they have a grown son, Mackey.

 Dean Hudson.  Along with Elwin, helping form and becoming part of Bridgeway was a long-time desire of Dean's.  He has been involved in various forms of music most of his life.  He feels God has blessed him not only with a small amount of musical talent, but an even greater passion for serving our Lord through this group.  He is married to Patti, and they have a college-aged daughter, Jennifer.  Dean is also employed with Coastal Carolina University in the business affairs division.
